Download and install the printer agent on your Windows server or workstation that currently
manages your network printers.
Note
The application requires Administrator
access. The application once
configured will interact with the printer agent service which requires
Administrator
access.

The user will be provided a QR Code which the user can scan to authenticate the printer agent with
your Dock2Dock organisation. The user will be asked to login and approve the application.

Provide the application with a reference name which can be used in the dashboard portal and sync the
required printers. Once completed, the printer agent will be ready to start printing labels for your
organisation.
